Don’t book this one

The staff that greeted us was helpful. That is the only good thing I can say. Walking barefoot on the linoleum floor turned the bottom of my feet black. There was mold in several places in the bathroom and paint drips. There was hair onwhat looked like an electrical conduit in the shower. The keyhole in the bathroom door was stuffed with toilet paper. When we entered the room, there were only sheets on the bed. No blankets. The beds were hard, more like futons - just a thin matress on a pedestal. There was no inside deadbolt on the door. The room was noisy from the crowd of loitering men in the street and the phone in the office rang all night. We booked the Ferrari hotel but the room they brought us to (Hotel Casali) was in a different hotel than what we booked.

Broken bed, no tv on the bracket, doors don't auto lock so need to use key in room, breakfast food had run out by about 830, ideal if your not going to be room for long

The staffs are so friendly and very Accommodating, and the price is very affordable, We reallly feels very comfortable in Ferrari Hotel, The restaurants, Tourists Spots, Train Termini, and Shopping areas are mostly walkable.

I arrived in the late evening at the hotel and there was trash and a passed out individual (seemingly drunk ) in front of the entrance. I simply could not access the hotel, which is located at the 4th floor of a poorly kept building. I called the reception but nobody answered - they do not have 24hr service (even when the agent at Hotels.com reached out they did not answer). It was not safe and I was forced to check in in a different hotel in the area. STAY AWAY from this hotel (it should not even be on hotels.com)!

Beaucoup de bruit impossible de dormir C’est vrai que l’emplacement est très proche de la gare de Rome et ça c’est un avantage mais malheureusement on trouve à la porte de l’hôtel beaucoup de gens alcooliques mes enfants ont peur de voir ça Le personnels étaient sympathiques et le petit déjeuner était inclus malgré que la sale est trop petit pour servir beaucoup de monde quand même et le choix était limité

Mi pasaporte desaparecio del cuarto. El wifi nunca funcionĂł en el cuarto y para mi es importante por el trabajo. Uno de los empleados me grito horrible, la verdad da miedo el hotel, no lo recomiendo nada. Espero no hayan hecho nada malo con mi pasaporte.
