The area was nice and quiet, but only a 5-10 minute, beautiful walk to the Coliseum district. The room was big and well presented. Everything worked as promised. The balcony was amazing. It is so big and wraps around a corner so you can choose shade or sun. It’s lined with plants and flowers which gave some privacy, but also an at home feel. I would’ve clicked 5 stars for everything, but, a new bed and pillows would be required I feel. You don’t come to Rome to sleep, but with busy days the rest quality could’ve been higher.

Arrived expecting a hotel with a lobby etc but it’s a building with many converted apartments. Our studio apartment was nice with a new kitchen and bathroom, nice balcony, windows on 2 sides. Don’t let the exterior fool you, once you find your way in, the unit is quite nice!

They were so helpful with keeping us informed of the pre-reserved car pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage as we departed. The room is quiet, great location within walking distance of the colosseum and many other places. The bed was fine, could have used another pillow or two, but we managed to. I would recommend staying here for sure !

This is one room with 4 single beds. The beds were like prison beds with plastic covered mattresses. We couldn't even lay out more than one suitcase at a time. Clean and a good location but I've never ever stayed in something like this. The beds were so uncomfortable.

Cama horrível, quando vc esta hospedado o mínimo que se espera é uma boa cama, você anda o dia todo e quer chegar r descansar. A cama era terrível. O chuveiro tambem ruim, fraco e não esquentava, era morno. Sorte que estava calor. O prédio terrivel tbm, dava medo de pegar o elevador de tão antigo. O banheiro era novo. Pelo menos isso.

Embora a equipe tenha sido super solícita, o quarto não aparentava ser o mesmo que reservamos (tinha, inclusive, uma cama a mais). O local não possuía frigobar, de modo que, chegamos tarde, e não havia água disponível para compra nas proximidades ou no próprio hotel. A cama eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, o que foi um pouco desconfortável para dormirmos. As instalações são simples, mas há elevador e o quarto estava limpo.

I stayed there for three days Location: good, ten minutes walking distance far from the Colossium 3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop it is located in a very calm neighbourhood the hotel is an apartment inside a resident decades old building so you are a kind of experiencing the real residency in Rome the receptionists were so helpful asking answering my questions breakfast is to be deliverd to your room on the time you request between specific hours and it is good it is rather a kid of house rather than a fancy hotel cleanliness was ok but now wow it is a bit dark in the night to walk in that area but i was coming back so late and no issue happened it is close also to some ancient heritages of old rome overall it was good but little expensive

Propriétaire Super gentille et serviable et qui parle français c'est un plus. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer tout les détails surtout pour le chemin et les visites. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner complet. A 10mn du Colisée mais pour les autres monuments il y'a un bus a 3mn le 81 et qui dessert tous les monuments jusqu'au Vatican. Sinon on peut marcher il suffit juste de connaître les raccourcis à 30 mon on est en pleine centre côté Panthéon et autre. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour madame.

Super établissement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (notre hôte parlait français ) . Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisés . L hôtel est à quelques minutes du Colisée et proches d arrêts de bus. Le petit déjeuner était super aussi ( croissant , confitures,yaourt ...). Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux pour bien reprendre des forces la nuit. Les lits sont un peu dur à mon goût mais sinon si je devais revenir à Rome je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet établissement.

Una piacevolissima sorpresa questo B&B utilizzato per partecipare a un evento alle Terme di Caracalla. Tranquillo, pulito, una signora gentilissima e anche una buona disponibilità di posti per il parcheggio a pagamento e non. L'unico neo una colazione buona ma consumata in camera. Comunque ci torneremo volentieri

We liked our room very much. We had a bottle of wine on our private porch that runs the length of two sides of our room. There was a cool breeze blowing through our room while we enjoyed the view and relaxed one afternoon. Our bed was comfortable and we liked the bookcases full of books on a myriad of subjects.
