Good size apartment, fits up to 6 people, clean, next to everything ( market, train, bus, etc ). Only 5 minutes walking from the colosseum. Staff were great and very helpful. Easy check in and out, I totally recommend.

Perfect central location- 20min walk from train station (or 5min walk then 5min bus), 10min walk to Metro, 12 min walk to the colosseum and forum romanum. We really enjoyed our stay!

If you're planning a visit to Rome, look no further. Mia and Giorgia are an exceptional hosts who genuinely cares about her guests. They were kind, responsive, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The property was immaculate, one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. This was our first family trip to Rome, and they played a huge role in making it unforgettable. We returned home with a "sweet taste" and already talking about coming back. Thank you, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our vacation so enjoyable. Five stars all the way!

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. All communication with the property was responded to in a timely manner. We arrived before check in and since our apartment was ready we waited around 15 minutes and got the keys early. We found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Small kitchen was equipped with basic necessities and washing machine and heating racks was a major bonus. The apartment was perfectly located to all major sight seeing sites of Rome. We will definitely be sharing details with family and friends to stay here and if ever we return we would stay as well.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts did everything they could to accommodate an early check in after a long flight. The location is perfect for a family as it’s close to major attractions and at the same time tucked away from major roads, so nice and quiet for sleeping.

Expensive, but worth it. Close to the Colosseum, as well as Bus Stops and Metro which will take you anywhere in Rome. The extra space made our family stay more comfortable as well. Bonus was a washer/dryer inside the apartment.

The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay as a family of four. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need for a simple meal prep. Check in was easy. We communicated with them via email upon arrival at the airport. By the time we got to the property they were there on site to greet us and smoothly check us in. We felt safe and comfortable!

The apartment was very clean and cool. Kitchen had necessities to live there for a long time. Grocery store was just 5 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood with 10 minutes walk to Colosseum or 20 minutes Terrazza Delle Quadrighe. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, if you don’t wanna cook.
