It’s in the perfect location, two minute walk to the main train terminal and it was only a 40 minute walk to the coliseum. It was a busy neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself was very nice but I had some noisy neighbours which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Although this hotel is convenient in location, it is not 4 stars. The room was a decent size, the air con did work and it was tidy.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I like the convenience of the location, it was within walking distance to every thing I wanted to do. The property is nice but it is poorly maintained. There is scum build up on the bathroom walls that a simple water vinegar mix can clean easily. There was mold build up in the roof on the third floor in the hallway around one of the lights. The staff was “bland”. They have no customer service skills. If property management fix these things the property can be a great place to stay.

Dirty room, shower leaked into bathroom floor, water dripping from the ceiling into the bed room, it smelled like cigarettes. It was nasty, I would not stay there again even if it was free.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room looked nothing like the picture. The bathroom was covered in mold. They wanted more money than what was agreed on the site. The female receptionist was absolutely rude and dismissive although both of the male receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Dreadful place that I couldn't wait to get out out of and its right in the middle of what looks like a ghetto, with beggars and unsavoury characters
