The best thing about this property is the way the property manager treats the costumers. Also the security is outstanding. Even though it is an older building it's very clean.

Evitez ce logement... Aucune anticipation n'a été faite par le propriétaire. C'est à dire qu'il y avait un enregistrement à effectuer quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous n'avons j'amais reçu d'alerte. L'après-midi du jour de notre arrivée je contacte difficilement le propriétaire (via le site, via WhatsApp, appel) pour connaître les modalités et m'en inquiéter, il tarde à répondre, puis après avoir vérifié mon identité (!) me dit qu'on se recontactera plus tard dans l'après-midi ! Nous devions pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement à partir de 17H... Vers 20h n'ayant pas de nouvelles et après avoir décidé de se rendre sur place, nous procédons à l'enregistrement via WhatsApp ! avec une connexion difficile ! Et là il faut procéder au virement revolut des taxes et de la caution (que l'on aurai du pouvoir payer sur place...). On nous promet qu'elle sera rendu le jour de notre départ, il faudra près d'1 semaine !!! Sur l'annonce il était également mentionné l'accès à une machine à laver. On nous indique gentiment qu'il s'agit d'une erreur, que l'annonce vient d'être récemment mise sur le site, et on nous renvoie vers la laverie la plus proche ! Sur le site officiel c'est également précisé... Bizarre... Et la chambre d'a cote à pourtant une machine à laver. On nous explique que à ce prix on ne peux pas proposer ce niveau de prestation. Nous payons seulement 10€ de moins que la chambre d'a coté et 20€ de moins qu'en louant l'appart entier... Donc bon... Et les clés ouvrent partout.
