We had a great stay! The property was clean, the air conditioning was perfect after exploring Rome in 96 degree weather, and the double room fit 4 adults perfectly. My only slight concern with this hotel was that at first it was hard to find. It was inside an apartment complex and you had to buzz the hotel to get in. Once we realized this, we loved the privacy and quietness of the hotel, especially in a buzzing part of the city! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We booked the quadruple room for two people and stayed for four nights. With two bathrooms, a double bed, sofa bed, and small kitchenette, it was perfect for us! The location really depends on what you’re looking for. We loved staying in Trastevere because we could walk into central Rome during the day, then come back and enjoy dinner near the hotel in the evening. That was exactly the experience we wanted. If your priority is being right in the heart of the main attractions, you may prefer somewhere more central. The staff were absolutely wonderful — cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay in Rome. The place was a little tricky to find at first, but nothing major. We also loved the charming little courtyard and having a café right downstairs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great hotel. The rooms are very quiet because it is set off from the street and the walls are solid. Comfortable, clean and good amount of space. The location is great for visiting popular spots in Rome. You need to coordinate check in time because the reception isn't always open, and getting in the gate us a bit confusing at first. Nice touches like some free snacks. The courtyard is basic but was nice for my morning stretching exercises.

Room was great but was part of an apartment building. To get into the property you had to enter through a large metal gate and walk up a long driveway- a bit scary at night. Dark and quiet…

Great staff, Yasmin was great, cleanest room ever, great amenities, great environment, excellent customer service, we said hotel/apartment WiFi was slow next day they came and. Fixed it because it was late at night. They were excellent 10/10 really recommend for first timers in Rome the gate to the entrance looks odd but once you go inside and climb the stairs/ pathway to LF Borgo it’s splendid and has beautiful rooms inside. 100/100

LF Borgo is conveniently located on a main road with excellent connections into central Rome, with a nearby train station making travel very easy. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to Trastevere, which is a great area to explore. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are really helpful. Our room was modern, very clean, and everything felt brand new. We had a coffee machine in the room, as well as a fridge stocked with food that could be purchased. There was also a shared kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own meals. The hotel is ideally located next to a Carrefour and the Conrad shopping centre, and is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and convenience stores. The only downsides were that the walls are quite thin, so noise can carry, and on arrival the hotel was difficult to find as it is not clearly marked on the main entrance. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located stay with great facilities.

The good Location is excellent, most areas are walkable and around you are shops, bars and even a supermarket. The rooms are very well maintained and the air conditioning amazing. The bad There is no terrace - despite there claims to the contrary. There is a small yard that some rooms have access to but there is nothing there so of minimum use. This was an issue with me as I only switched to book this due to the promise of one. A sign outside the building would also make it easier to find. The Ugly My room looked out on a car park, with cars up next to the window. To exit you have to walk down some outide stairs past some very smelly bins. I literally spent seven days in a room without natural light. Overall, did not suit my needs as seven nights is too long to stay in such a small room without sunlight and again I wouldnt have booked if I had known I had no access to a terrace (as it does not exist) BUT the location is excellent, the rooms clean and the cleaning staff vwry helpful so someone wanting somewhere to sleep for a few nights may well enjoy.

Great location in trastevere with access to public transport to go to all historic sites within 15 mins. Small boutique hotel, very clean and quiet. Only little element to be aware of, the hotel is located in the courtyard of a building and there is no signs on the building from the street, you have to look for the names on the buzzers by the steel door.

The check in process was not ideal. I was contacted a few days before check in by staff to ensure they would be able to contact me in case there was no staff on site when we arrived. I explained that we were able to use Whats App becasue we were from out of country. We connected through Whats App and I thought everything was set as we were told they would send self check in instructions via Whats App the day of our arrival. We did not receive any instructions. I tried contacting the property through Whats app and there was no response. We arrived to find that it is a gated property and luckily we were able to get through the gate as someone was leaving. There was no staff on site at this time. A second bit of luck was the on site, very helpful property management person. He had to contact the property owner on our behalf so we could get into our room. Had he not been there, we would not have been able to get in and stay here. This was a stressful situation after a long day of travel. The room itself was very clean and well maintained.

Nice room, I was expecting a hotel but this is a “guest house” which feels like an apartment converted to 5(?) hotel rooms. Well located, but what really sucked was hearing the front door. It just slams all night as people come and go. We stayed in a room directly to the right and it was tough 2-3 times every night hearing that door slam shut and jarring awake.
