The property was very nice and kept clean it was just small for larger people such as myself (6’3 225). The beds were small and the shower was a tight squeeze but the staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and respectful.

The 10 euro breakfast was fantastic. With good view. Coffee was great taste. I’m very picky the coffee favors. I wish they have some hair conditioner and body lotion. I usually bought my own but this trip I have to move 4 different city. Try to minimum package. Mini market next hotel really nice.

Airconditioning wasn’t adjustable like it said, the fire alarm went off and the staff new it was a false alarm and let every guest stand outside for an extended period of time rather than calming their worries and informing them that there wasn’t a fire. I found 2 fleas in my bed as well. Other than the bugs, my room was very clean. My parents seperate room had a stench though

The evening staff was super nice, the young lady and the gentleman were awesome especially the young lady. I stayed there July 9-12. The hotel is not my standard. I am used to different brands. The bathroom is really small. But it could be just how Italy hotel room is. This is my first time in Rome. The room was cleaned. The bathroom was clean. But the shower drain was clogged. Shower is most important thing when I travel. Overall, if you are OK with best Western brand that is recommend that you say there. But not for me.
