Room was large and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing that needs improvement is wifi signal was very weak in the room. Kept getting disconnected and spotty. The only place it works well is in the lobby.

The location was fabulous. 10-15 mins walk from most of the main sites we wanted to see including the colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. The room was nice, clean and updated. We only had two pillows but when we asked for 2 more they were brought to us immediately. We also asked for the air conditioner temp to be lowered with required a remote and they immediately tended to our request. The breakfast wasn’t buffet style and was actually served to us and had a good variety of things and a lot of food! The lady at the front desk, Rosianna I think was her name, was super friendly, gave us a lot of information, advice and recommendations. I just loved her. Highly recommend!

Wifi was intermittent and unreliable. During 3 night stay, it never worked more than 30 minutes at a time and connection was sporadic on 2 devices right next to each other. You can't be 3 star hotel with an internet connection that is less reliable than dial-up AOL. In three weeks of travel in France and Italy, on other property was near as bad. Great staff was helpful and kind, location was good, facilities were good - but apparently management didn't care enough to fix an obvious internet access problem that staff knew about.

Long weekend in Rome

We picked the hotel for its central location and it didn't disappoint. The downside to this is the noise from traffic and people outside on the cobbled streets with only a short break at night. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but I was happy to get refills of Tea. The room was large and had plenty of space for our luggage.

The roof top balcony was a definite plus! The Minerva room had an authentic vintage Rome feel and was quite a big room. Staff was available 24/7 and quite friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good, croissants, coffee (cappuccino, cafe latte), broiled egg, juice, ham and cheese, yogurt, jams. The best restaurant for food and gelato was nearby - Ai Tre Scalini (best eggplant parm!!) /

Wonderful place!

The front desk staff and the wait staff were all very kind, polite and accommodating. The room was great, great location. The rooftop area would be amazing if it was staffed by someone at the bar. Otherwise it was a peaceful space relax.

What a fabulous find! I can’t imagine being more central to all the locations & sites. We walked to the Pantheon, colosseum, Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps, and campo di fiori. The rooms are quaint & charmingly without feeling cramped. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the lobby is staffed 24/7. Even had a great rooftop area. We can’t wait to go back!
