Can't really fault any of our stay here. Absolutely perfect location, clean and fairly big rooms for rome, welcoming staff who gave us lots of recommendations, brilliant Air - Con, and a communal kitchen area stocked with snacks and cooking facilities (if you need them). Absolutely would stay again and will recommend to anyone visiting Rome on a short stay

Very nice accommodations! Location location location! This was the absolute perfect location for the Vatican. Only twenty minutes away by bus from the coliseum and forum areas. The staff was very accommodating, and letting us drop our bags off early and pick them up.After check out the next day.

This was my first time visiting Rome so I had no idea what to expect. Outside of not having any amenities, this property was everything you could ask for. However, if you’re going to explore the city, come back exhausted, and want a comfortable place to sleep then choose this property. The friendly staff, amazing A/C, large room, and comfortable bed are everything you will need. Will definitely be returning to this property should I end up in Rome again. You will not regret staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Antonio, who welcomed us upon arrival, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. The location was excellent. The neighborhood provided an authentic feel of Rome while still being conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk to the Vatican and about 10 minutes from a hop-on, hop-off bus stop. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and easy to navigate. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and I would gladly return.

I was very pleased with this property. Our host Anthony waited outside and greeted us when we arrived. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a central location which makes it very accessible to all the historical sites. With that said it can be loud once the city wakes up, so I would suggest ear plugs if you want to sleep in. I would definitely recommend staying here for its convenience and charm.

We had a great stay at the property. The room was spacious enough and clean. There also is a small kitchen area with some snacks, free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, we loved the area around the property as well, with many little shops, cafes and dining options. The only thing we would criticize is that the rooms are quite noisy. Even with windows and shutters closed you can hear the street very loudly. Fortunately it’s a not big street with lots of traffic. Otherwise it’s a great spot for a vacation in Rome.

Great first impression ! Received a whatsapp message 2 days prior to arriving whereby any additional arrangements needed to be made for check in. Upon arrival, received such a warm welcome which certainly beats many 4,5 star hotels I've beent to.They only have 6 bedrooms which I think is why the service is so good, nevertheless 10/10 for the reception. Cleanliness was perfect and location cant be beaten - 8 min walk to closest attraction, namely Piazza Navona and it was probably 15 min to the vatican. Around 30 min to the Colloseum. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Highly recommend.The other reviews are not wrong. Just book it
