Good location (about a 7min walk from Roma Termini) - we had a late checkin and early check out; communication with the property was very efficient and the after hours check in info was very clear and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and size of the room. A very good value for money. Plentiful hot water, Nice view from room, active neighborhood very close and easy walk to Roma Termini. Good follow up communication from staff when I was confused about how to find the room within the building. And when we had flight delays. Sigh. An authentic Roman experience. My friends were jealous and wished they were staying at the same place!

Excellent stay!

This was the perfect place to stay! The room is small but efficient and really clean. Sara was a huge help in sending instructions to check myself in and let me store my luggage after check out for the day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Unit is close to the main train station and central to walking to all the main sites. Lots of restaurants and stores in area as well. The room was clean and the bed nice, the staff was super helpful with check-in as check-in times are a bit earlier than normal.

The room was in a larger apartment. Only a few rooms in the apartment belong to the hotel. The room was clean. The check-in process was horrible. The receptionist only worked from 9:30AM to 1:00PM. If one arrives outside the period, the only way to contact him was through whatsapp. We arrived late due to airplane delay, and could not checked in. We were locked outside for an extended period. Fortunately we eventually met a resident in the apartment who knew the owner and helped us check-in. Otherwise, we probably have to find another hotel to stay.

Clean room, wifi worked well. Location is great, right near the train station and several restaurants/coffee bars/stores. Key system was a bit more involved than ideal but worked okay. Bathroom small and the 2 or 3 in 1 product for hair/body wash could be replaced with slightly nicer products. The bedside lamps stopped working on our last night out of nowhere. Large room overall with nice window overlooking down below. We appreciated them cleaning our room very well with housekeeping and storing luggage after checkout so we could see a bit more of the city before heading to the train station. The hotel staff personnel were pleasant and responsive.

Convenient location to the train station. Reliable Wi-Fi-. Mini fridge was helpful. Only negative was the power went out for the night so I didn't have a/c until the next day when they could reset the breaker. I had my laptop and phone plugged and somehow it caused a power outage so just a warning! Bed was comfortable. The windows were soundproof. All in all, very good stay.

The host was a unhelpful. We were told to go to her apartment to get the key but she wasn’t there. We got the key from a guy at the entrance who didn’t speak English well. We arranged to meet her the next morning at the office but she didn’t turn up. We were told to go up to her office again. We asked her to come down to us as we had checked out and had our bags. She refused. The place look like it had been decorated in the 50’s and hadn’t been updated at all. She ruined our Rome stay. Avoid at all cost.

Buona posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Hidden gem!

Nice location, walking distance to many tourist destinations. Close to the metro and termini stations. Many restaurants in the area. The room was clean, bed was good, air conditioning was cold, bathroom was renovated and nice. Italian breakfast served in the room, cappuccino with pastries. We had a very nice stay for 6 nights. Highly recommended
