The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a majorly busy spot in the middle of everything and a 3 min walk to Trevi Fountain. The rooftop bar was nice as well and rooms were very clean and well air conditioned. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here, especially the central location equidistant between Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. We had no problem getting to all our Rome destinations by walking from the hotel. It was especially nice to unwind in the hot part of the afternoon in the cool air conditioned room.

Location of the hotel is good. Just steps away from Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps, plus lots of food options. The eggs and the cake at breakfast were too dry and the staff ran out of the mini croissants every morning.

I liked that the rooms were cleaned everyday! They don’t have washcloths and no counter space in bathroom. They had a nice blow dryer and a mini fridge. My family loved the location, so many restaurants and everything walking distance. Beautiful windows in the room to look outside and a nice lobby we could congregate in and wait for each other. Small elevator I took the stairs mainly unless I had luggage. The rooms were spacious and cooled down OK we were there in July. I would stay there again, my kids loved getting a croissant every morning across the alley. I loved this hotel and I loved loved the location!

Great location, walking distance to almost every major landmark. Yet just slightly off to the side so not on a main busy street. I had an issue with the ac first day and they graciously switched my room and moved my bags to new room while we were out exploring. The rooms were clean and modern. The rooftop bar was super nice, breakfast had great options, and at night the bar was a nice place to wind down with a couple of cocktails. Front desk personnel was very nice and the experience overall was great!

For first time visitors to Rome this hotel is ideal. Most of main attractions within easy walking distance - we only used a taxi once to get to the Vatican - hotel staff booked the taxi and our trip they were very helpful and informative. We had breakfast most morning on the rooftop lounge which was lovely - only one day inside owing to a storm! Room was plenty big enough for us with a modern bathroom - just a note - the shower is extremely slippery maybe a non slip bathmat would be a good idea. Apart from that one small note the hotel was more than we expected and would certainly return again.
