Proprietaria sorridente e disponibile, un po' di difficoltà con la lingua italiana. Nella prenotazione è proposta una camera con tanto di foto e dettagli, nella realtà la camera è completamente diversa per dimensione e arredo. Molto penalizzante sono stati i rumori (traffico e grida) durante tutta la notte: un ospite ha persino citofonato ripetutamente alle 2, trattenendosi pure a chiacchierare all'ingresso. Colazione abondante ma solo dolce, non ci sono formaggi, salumi, uova.

Plaats om het ontbijt te nemen was veel te klein en geen enkele uitleg waar alles te vinden. Kamer was de tweede dag niet gereinigd en geen handdoeken de tweede dag.Balkon kan niet geopend worden want je hebt geen sleutel van het traliewerk die zowel voor de balkondeur als het venster is bevestigd. Bij een eventuele brand zit je als ratten in de val en zijn de overlevingskansen zero...
