I always look at a lobby and floors to judge cleanliness. Theirs was great. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great and items someone like me with a wheat allergy can eat.

Everything was perfect. It was very close to all my events and family. Would definitely come back here. Stores, restaurants, gas stations and hospitals were beyond convenient. Loved the short vacay away from bmore md.

The location was excellent for my purpose. Room smelled like stinky feet. Laundry room had 2 washers and 2 dryers. 1 machine each didn't work. The detergent machine didn't work. They didn't offer any at the front desk. Breakfast consisted of 4 smashed individually packed cinnamon rolls, 8 yogurt cups, 6 slices each of white and wheat bread and waffles. I'm planning on returning to St. Robert in a couple of months, will definitely stay at a better place.

The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. the breakfast would have been better if some fresh fruit were included. Since the hotel is supposed to be pet friendly, a garbage bag outside to dump waste would have been helpful.

Decent location. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Other than that, there were problems. For starters, the Expedia listing stated that “pets stay free”, but I was charged $20.00 when I checked in for my small dog. There was a sign stating that they charge $40 if you want to check in early or check out late, and after 1:00 pm, they charge you for another full stay. When we walked in the room, it reeked of mildew. The carpet felt damp, so I assume they tried to clean in and did not allow it to dry properly. The room had some wear to it that really needs to be upgraded. The microwave screeched like it was on its last leg. The beds sit on a metal pedestal and every time you move, it sounds like someone is banging on a metal door. There was constant stomping and doors slamming on the floor above. It was difficult to sleep without interruption. We woke up tired with a 600 mile trip ahead of us. If you need a quiet and comfortable place to rest while traveling, I would not recommend this hotel.
