We’ve stayed a few times at the Dux and always had a good stay. This time the staff went above and beyond to look after us and we enjoyed a personalised card plus bottle of Prosecco to welcome us back. The outside of the holiday looked amazing with the festive decoration.

We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. Lovely clean ultra modern hotel. Room was very spacious, bathroom area very spacious too. Fridge and a great variety of free drinks included. Excellent location. Close to market square with plenty of restaurants. Close walking distance to Designer Outlet Shopping centre. The few Staff we met were pleasant but not particularly forthcoming or welcoming.
