“I had a terrible experience. I slept for few hours and when I woke up I was surrounded by an army of bed bugs. My body and face is still swollen from Friday night. This is terrible!”

“Generally a value-for-money hotel. While the public areas were immaculately maintained, the room we were given could benefit from a makeover. For example,the small seating unit was broken at its l-shape join. Also, an ironing board was provided, but no iron. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, though a bit reminiscent of a roadside cafe ie not in-keeping with the hotel's image - though reasonable considering the price”
