“Although the room was clean, the decor needs updating as it is starting to look tired. the window catch was broken at the frame, but it was warm overnight so not a problem to me, but maybe an issue in the colder weather.
The bathroom was clean, but there is mould staining in the tile grout.
we had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated for breakfast on the Friday. if the person who does the "meet and greet" is over worked, then a second person should also be available.
