The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are young and very inxperienced, which leaves a general impression of lack og service even though it is not the intention from the staff. They are actually trying their best.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was nice. We visited the restaurant on the first night, but we were very disappointed with the dish we ordered. It was a very small portion. the duck was nice and tender and a ok size. But the garnish and the potatoes were next to non-existing. We decided to eat at other restaurants after that experience. Most meals looked ok in size from what we could see at the other tables. But nevertheless - we took our business elsewhere. The room was nice and spacious and the bed nice to sleep in. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The room was generally quite good although the lighting in the bathroom was somewhat low, not bright enough, especially for the bathroom mirror. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of selection. For the coffee, it might be preferable to have regular brewed coffee, which is quicker for service than the automated espresso machine. The front desk staff were very helpful when we requested assistance with the heating.

A clean, comfortable hotel with ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet and reasonably priced dinner options. I would definitely stay again.

Schone kamer. Wij zaten helaas in een (kamer 132) 'verdomhoekje' als enige zonder balkon én naast + tegenover de voorraadkamers "dienst". Om 08.00 uur wakker gebonkt door de schoonmaaksters die hun spullen kwamen klaarzetten. Jammer als je een beetje wilt uitslapen. Kamer was best koud, verwarming deed het niet. Ontbijt was goed, personeel aardig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Groningen en omliggende steden/dorpen.

Het hotel ligt midden in een woonwijk. Onze kamer lag aan de straat dus het was best lawaaierig met de schuifdeur open. Wel een fijn balkon en een fijne badkamer. Ruime kamer. Er was wel een waterkoker maar geen Nespresso apparaat. Kamer was redelijk schoon. In de avond gaat de receptie om 22.00 uur dicht. Je kan het hotel dan via de achteringang betreden. Dat voelde een betje vreemd. Ontbijt was prima.

Pluspunten: heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime, nette kamer en schone badkamer. Bushalte tegenover. Minpunten: Geen airco, raam kon niet open, geen uitzicht, te weinig ruimte in restaurant waardoor we niet bij elkaar konden zitten. Veel gerechten bij het ontbijt waren al op en werden niet bijgevuld.

Jättemysigt hotell strax utanför Groningen. Perfekt för barnfamilj, ligger i ett mysigt område där du kan ta kvällspromenader. Personalen är jättegulliga och fina med barnen. Trevlig frukost. Vi stannade över två nätter på väg mot Frankrike men skulle såhär i efterhand velat haft en natt till. Groningen var väldigt fint och hade velat spendera mer tid där.
