We have always had very pleasant stays at the Hampton Inn in Rock Hill, SC. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. The breakfast there has been very adequate for us as well. Good location off of the highway, fairly quiet, and plenty of places for shopping and dining.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was some remodeling taking place, but it wasn't loud and didn't interfere with parking or anything we needed to do at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were several shopping areas and restaurants nearby. We walked next door for dinner at a nice Mexican restaurant. The lobby has a very good breakfast each morning.

Good solid stay overall BUT they just started hotel Renovations. Their hotel website says nothin g about it. Starting on the 5th flr and working their way down. Just be sure to request a floor away from construction upon check in. Quiet & clean overall. Great location to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was solid.

Stayed here for one night. Got in pretty late and the woman at the front desk was lovely. In the morning, we were greeted with happy good mornings from every staff member we passed on our way down to breakfast and then again on the way out at check out. Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff were very nice. Would stay here again.

4/10 Poor

The staff at the desk was amenable, friendly and courteous. The room however was cheap. The pillow cases were wrinkled. The blanket was just not nice. Everything just looked incredibly cheap and not well cleaned. What really grossed me out was the pillow cases and the pillows inside. They were stained with yellow. Also, the pillows were so flimsy and non-supportive because they were very old. It completely grossed me out and my husband and I left.
