The staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I would have is that the restroom seemed a bit outdated and the water didn’t drain fast enough in the shower. Other than that our stay was great.

This hotel is a 10 minute ride to Rochester airport. Although the bed wasn’t as new as I’d like, the room was clean and extremely quiet! These older hotels are great because they are built better than newer hotels. Newer hotels have paper thin walls and you can hear everything. At this Marriott, the room was very insulated from noise.

I only Stayed one night because I had a 5 am Flight. It was great to be able to park my car while on vacation and have shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The bed was so comfortable I missed My flight. So set your alarm a few times !
