Location was perfect for our visit. The EV chargers were especially helpful. It was a little odd checking in with no staff there, but we met the manager during the day and he was most hospitable and friendly. A lovely visit!

We stay here regularly, but this time was room was extra clean - still smelled like lemon floor cleaner. Love how convenient this hotel is, it’s consistently clean, manager is friendly and helpful, and the Dove bar soap is the cherry on top. Always the first place I book for Rochester trips.

Best little secret in Rochester. Incredibly kind management and well maintained. .Shower was hot with good pressure .Bed was comfortable and well made .AC works well and had zero issues 10/10 would recommend if you aren’t set on a refrigerator and a microwave because those are the only things you won’t find at this great spot. If I’m back in this area this is absolutely where I will be staying.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. The room was very clean and staff friendly. The check in process was seamless. They even had an ev charging station which was extremely efficient. The neighbour hood was very safe and the cafe right next to the hotel served delicious breakfast at very reasonable prices. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

What a fabulous gem in the heart of Rochester! Super clean, comfortable and convenient! Easy self check in. Room is beautifully furnished and updated; heated toilet seat is a plus! Great water pressure, comfortable bed and pillows... seriously great find! Will definitely be back!

Very cute motel, rooms are small but still spacious enough. Beautiful bathroom with heated toilet seats, nice on a cold night. Beds are comfortable. Easy friendly check-in. Nice location on Monroe St with all sorts of shopping and restaurants close by and easy to get to highway. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again when in town
