Stayed here for one night and had a very good experience. The room was comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. I also liked that coffee was available all day, which was a nice bonus. The free breakfast was perfect for grabbing something quick before heading out in the morning. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Check-in was smooth and the overall stay was decent. However, some of the in-room amenities and maintenance need improvement. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, had visible stains and did not feel as clean as expected. We also had issues with doors not locking properly, and the window shades were difficult to adjust and frequently got stuck. On the positive side, breakfast was very good. Although it is an additional paid option, we felt it was worth the price because there was a good selection for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Overall, the hotel has some good qualities, but better cleaning and maintenance of the rooms would significantly improve the experience.

Excellent staff at every interaction. Excellent breakfast. The man running the breakfast is very welcoming and kind. There’s bacon every morning. The hotel is near many restaurants. Clean up to date hotel in a very convenient location. We will stay here again the next time we visit Rochester.

After visiting an awful hotel in Greece, we found this Taj Mahal! It is very clean, updated, quiet! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The room was spectacular. From this point on I won’t go anywhere else! They should be very proud of themselves
