We stayed in a suite and we're next to the elevator and you would not have known. The staff is amazing and friendly. We loved the breakfast option there was something different everyday and it was hot and fully stocked and kept us from hunting for a restaurant for the starting meal of the day....24/7 coffee freshly ground. I always bring my own bathroom essentials...they have Dove products I didn't need to unpack mine. Rooms were clean along with all the areas a customer would venture through. We had an excellent stay while visiting family

Room was really nice- liked the large TV and shampoo and soap dispensers. Breakfast had a good variety of food choices. Hotel itself could use more daily cleanup/sweeping in general areas. Staff seemed disorganized.

The room was clean but the bathroom floor could have used a cleaning. We had a problem with the telephone, on Thursday. They said they would have the maintenance look into it on Friday. I checked with them a couple of times during the day, finally at 4:30 they said they had a couple of telephone lines that were not working. I should speak with manager the next day. On check out the manager was not there, the front desk person said that they are renovating but had not got to the phones and telephone lines yet. I said it was a security issue being in a room without working phones. We did have cell phones but incurred extra expenses to use when in the US.
