The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is a bit old but still nicely kept up. Plenty of parking and near restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was ok being the usual hotel eggs, sausage, and potatoes, waffles, oatmeal muffins, yogurt, coffee, juices and cereal. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was the best part of the stay. Just off the highway but far enough away not to be bothered by traffic noise. Also, bldg was well insulated against noise. On other side of highways were all manner of stores and restaurants both sit-down and fast food.

Terrific place. It was clean, in a great area with a lot of shopping and food nearby. Close to Rochester, but nice that it’s in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place. Everything from check in to checkout was perfect. Thanks for there still being nice, clean, comfortable places around.

The staff was extremely friendly and catered to any needs we had. One person working the desk went above and beyond for us but I didn't catch her name. The hotel definitely needs a lot of updates. The bath tub was leaking in the room I stayed in. The rooms were just outdated in general.
