The Front Desk staff were immensely helpful! Chuck and Robin exceeded my expectations by helping a family member who needed extra on-site support. They displayed patience, professionalism, promptness, and courtesy each time we interacted with them. My family greatly appreciated all of their efforts. All other staff we encountered were professional and informative. The hotel underwent a substantial upgrade since we last used it. It is modern and easy to navigate. The breakfasts (included) were well prepared (delicious!). The atmosphere is very pleasant. The hotel is ideally situated in Henrietta, NY, which provides easy access to many area stores, restaurants, etc. You can't hear a sound coming from the roads! There is free parking, and that space is well lit at night; it feels very safe.

Robin was excellent on staff. Explained everything well. Wasnt crazy about the incidental charges but as advised they were removed. Hotel has to cover in case of damage. Did make me nervous.

Overall, it is a decent budget friendly spot with more than adequate personal hygiene supplies, proximity to food/drinks and link roads around town. I enjoy a quiet two night stay with included breakfast provided each morning. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is decent but i dont think i would stay again. Staff were all nice and pleasant, the bed was comfortable and its in a great location. The negatives though its an older hotel that could use some updating. Its not dirty but you can tell it could use a deep clean in areas. We didnt eat the breakfast it didnt look very good. It was very basic, sauseage links, egg patties, toast, bagels and cereal. The coffee was awful and only offered half n half creamer, no flavors, ive been to a hotel that doesnt have flavor creamer. The last day we went around the corner to Dunkin for a good cup of coffee. We brought our own soap but my husband wanted to try theres only to find out it was empty. Housekeeping came in that afternoon and never filled it. There is only 1 elevator so it tends to be busy or full. Overall its a good last option but there are other hotels for similar price id rather stay at.
