The manager, Thomas, was nice enough to hold my room after Lufthansa cancelled my first (of 3) flight, He alerted the staff to my late check in. The spacious room was clean and comfortable. The young man at breakfast was cheerful and helpful; great to find eggs, sausage and the fixings for a breakfast burrito, plus packets of uaker Oatmeal.
