First of all we booked this specific place because we wanted a relaxed beautiful romantic night for our anniversary.. we saw on the website picnic place, the menu with different meats or cheeses with house wines.. I contacted the property to try and arrange these meals for pick up to do our picnic.. there was said no picnic and only 40 euro meals per person.. I asked when can we check in at 1pm okay that works for me.. can we maybe come earlier to check out the property maybe swim in the meantime before we check in, the staff answered back sure you can come from 11 am. We arrived at the establishment at 1 pm. The person working the front desk was super rude, he called the colleague in front of us and said, why didn't you tell me people are checking in you should've closed this place so no one could check in. We booked the standard room, on the description it was said in the room amenities jetted tub.. then another person came along and said is a standard room you don't get this in your room.. I answered back and said we'll it is in the description, the staff told us we should pay even more for something like this.. I said now why? First it was wrong for us to be there and then there was false advertisement why we should pay more? At the end we got a refund and we went to another place... terrible customer service and false advertisement!
