“We stayed here one night and found the renovated hotel comfortable and tidy. The front desk clerk was very polite and helpful. We found the room clean, the sheets fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the AC worked great on this 95 degree day. The beds were VERY comfortable. When we discovered a light bulb burned out of one of the lamps, the clerk immediately saw to it that it was replaced. “There is no front desk staff, just a person working virtual through a kiosk. The speaker sounded like the McDonald’s drive thru and the talk to text AI on the screen wasn’t picking up the conversation correctly, both of these made check in difficult. But AI is the future right? *sarcasm* Once we got our luggage and headed to the room, the kiosk person yelled at us to get our attention, all while in the process of helping a different customer. Everyone was confused on who she talking to....
