“Breakfast, staff and parking were all fine. The room was not what we expected. It was not particularly clean; the bathroom tiles were loose, the toilet has black substance around the rim of the bowl. The bedframe had dirt and debris in it. The carpet in the elevators was stained and torn. The room we were given was a handicap room even though we did not make that request or need it.”
