“Super comfortable bed, fluffy new towels & pillows, clean crisp sheets, rain head shower was a treat, great pressure. Delicious Full menu breakfast included was a huge plus. Staff couldn't have been nicer & more helpful. Lovely pre-breakfast walk along the trail to the old castle ruins. All round 5-star stay. We would definitely stay at Castle Dargan again.”

“I paid almost 250 euros for a double room and still didn't include breakfast. Also, the Jakucci wasn't working, the water was cold, and there was nothing they could do. As if that was my problem. When you pay that amount of money, you expect everything to work. At least they could have offered something to compensate, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't care at all. ”

“The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement.”

“Stunning views.just beautiful. Large comfortable apartment equipped with pretty much everything you need at a very good price.A great base for exploring sligo donegal and Leitrim. Shop onsite is a little odd... They could consider a higher quality laundry detergent but for what we paid I am not complaining.”

“It was a beautiful hotel and property. The room was fantastic! This was our only hotel in Ireland with refrigerator. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were terrific!”

“I hate giving bad ratings but this place is just not worth the price. We had dirty towels. Unflushable toilet. No air in the room with one tiny window opening just a few cm. The fact that check in is ridiculous isn’t helpful. Get some code. I think I had to pay deposit twice to actually recieve it. It’s a lovely location and I hope the place gets a much needed upgrade.”

“This B and B is an exquisite home. The host, Kate, was fun, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned a lot and had a wonderful time. Also the Best Irish breakfast !”
