The place and room was clean and safe. The staff was nice but not friendly however the cleaning lady was amazing. WiFi worked and was easy to connect to. The AC worked perfect so I was comfortable the entire stay which was 4 days. I would stay again.

Beautiful property clean comfy rooms stayed a few times when out in Rverhead quiet stores on main street to go shopping.staff very nice you can barbecue pool to swim in highly recommend.

We stood over July 4th wknd and honestly it was not bad at all. Room was very nice and clean, bed was super comfortable. Easy access to restaurants around town. Pool area and pool itself was very clean. It's good for a little getaway!

My daughter and I spent the night last night 7/12/26 in River Head and found the room clean and tidy, beds comfortable and we enjoyed the pool which was also very clean and well maintained. However, we could not get our TV to work and tried to call the front desk several times yet no one answered. We also noted a guest in Rm 205 left his room door open all day with the TV blaring all thru the night! When we used the pool we were in room 202 and there was a front door w/3 locks and a back door w/3 locks so we locked all 3 of the front door and when we went to open the back door on the pool side neither key we were given would work so had to call mgt. Other guests on our side stated they encountered the same issue and had to call mgt. Why doesn't this hotel use Electronic Keys like other hotels? This is a major safety concern! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We came for the pool and enjoyed every minute of a few relaxing days poolside. Lush green grounds provided some shady picnic tables when it was time to get out of the sun. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay not far from the Hamptons or North Fork this is your place. Staff, especially, front desk, very nice, friendly and informative. Rooms had a mini fridge and comfy bed. A/C worked great. Try to get a poolside room. Hotel includes continental breakfast on weekends. Multiple excellent restaurant options nearby on Main Street. We would recommend Olga's for breakfast, offers outdoor/indoor seating. For dinner there is Cliff's Rendezvous steak house. Call and go when they offer their steak special night. Jerry and the Mermaid for seafood, also has outdoor/indoor seating by the water. There is Tweed's where you can try Buffalo. And a few hidden gems with great water views and outdoor seating -Turkuaz (Turkish food ) and Country Farm Kitchen. There is Atlantis Aquarium nearby, that also offers boat tours of the Peconic by day and booze cruises weekend eves. Suffolk Theatre offers well known artists in concert on the weekends. There are at least 4 breweries a short drive away and homemade ice cream at Snowflake and homemade chocolate at North Fork Chocolate & Eatery. Polish Town is nearby if you want Polish food try the Birchwood Restaurant or groceries from the town's deli's.
