We didn’t have any complaints with our stay. Everything was relatively clean. Breakfast was good. We did have an issue at check-in with our room key not working but staff was quick to work through the issue. It appeared that we weren’t the only customers with room key issues.

The staff was friendly and my room was clean. I loved the breakfast options and although they weren’t fancy, it was good and convenient. I took one star off because on the last night I found one cockroach in my bathroom. I took care of him and didn’t see any more. He probably came out of the drain in the shower as I accidentally reserved a stay in a first floor accessible suite. Overall it was a decent experience.

The staff were all very helpful! They even have security personnel. Breakfast was was available from 7 to 10 am. They had 1 dining room and opened another conference room for the over flow. They were completely full. They had complimentary coffee in the lobby and a vending room with great options for late night arrivals. Or midnight munchies!
