“We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available.
Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there.
Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.”

“There was no hand soap or bath wash when we arrive. Call the management and no one showed up even after half an hour so I had to call again. They did however send us the bath soap after my second call.
Also couldn't get in upon arrival because no one sent me any door code to my phone or email.
I had my booking through Expedia. According to the owner of the property, he said that Expedia did not provide them my contact number, so he cannot send me any code without my contact number.
