When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Excellent and extremely helpful staff ! The hotel could use some upkeep .. First room they put me in had some problems - They offered to move me immediately and were caring to ensure I was comfortable . Simply they need to communicate clearer amongst eachother and make sure their hotel is up to par for guests … Yes … I would Return …. And wonderful Breakfast !!

Paradise from hell

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem. Reservei o quarto para passar a noite anterior à minha participação na Meia Maratona do Rio de Janeiro, motivo pelo qual uma boa noite de descanso era fundamental. No entanto, o ar-condicionado do quarto apresentou problemas e não foi possível realizar o reparo. Como não havia outro apartamento disponível naquele momento, fui obrigado a permanecer em um quarto extremamente abafado e dormir com a janela aberta, o que prejudicou significativamente meu descanso. Entendo que falhas técnicas podem acontecer, mas a situação não foi resolvida de forma adequada. Apenas mais tarde, já por volta das 22h, foi oferecido outro quarto, porém com apenas uma cama de solteiro, o que exigiria que eu me separasse da minha esposa. Nessas condições, a alternativa apresentada não atendia à reserva originalmente contratada. Considerando que paguei por uma hospedagem com ar-condicionado em pleno funcionamento e que esse item era essencial para o conforto e descanso esperados, solicito uma solução compatível com o transtorno causado, seja por meio de reembolso parcial, crédito ou outra compensação adequada. Aguardo um retorno.
