Very nice hotel

The hotel itself is fairly good. The location doesn't look nice at all. I do feel sorry for them. It is not a dangerous area, but it looks really bad

Para quem não conhece o Rio de Janeiro é importante avisar que a região do hotel não é das mais agradáveis; como todo centro de capital tem seus problemas; O quarto do hotel estava limpo, não tive problema com barulho, ar condicionado de parede novo; Para quem busca uma diária justa e quarto para descansar o hotel vai atender. Não recomendo para turistas que não são acostumados com grandes centros. Tem estacionamento com custo a parte com diária de 52 reais quando me hospedei.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado para quem quer ficar aos arredores do Porto Maravilha, Pier Mauá e Museu do Amanhã. O hotel é simples, antigo, mas oferece um quarto de tamanho bom e adequado para os valores cobrados. Café da manhã razoável, com opções básicas, mas adequadas. Falta mais opções de proteínas, só tem ovo. Ponto negativo é que a cama é muito ruim e o hotel está em reforma nesse período de maio/26, o que gera muito barulho e incômodo. Apesar dos pontos negativos, vale o valor que cobra. Mas poderia ter um colchão melhorzinho.

Começarei pontuando que os funcionários do hotel são mal educados, a maioria nos tratam com antipatia, falta profissionalismo para lidar com os clientes. Principalmente a funcionária Elida que supervisiona o café da manhã, totalmente invasiva ao abordar o cliente. Quando cheguei ao hotel paguei uma taxa para dois dias de café da manhã, visto que não tinha solicitado na reserva… No momento do café ela veio questionar se eu havia pago, insinuando que eu não poderia tomar o café pelo qual eu paguei! Gerou-me um certo constrangimento sem necessidade! Quanto ao quarto, o ar condicionado é ruim, a cama é dura e o banheiro estava com vazamento. A localização do hotel é tenebrosa, ambiente insalubre, moradores de rua por toda parte, muitos usuários de drogas, me senti na Cracolândia! Tive que ficar em alerta sempre ao entrar e sair do hotel, o tempo todo com preocupações! Elevador também é PÉSSIMO! Lento, barulhento, escuro, apertado e velho! Tomei um susto ao usar pela primeira vez, além de ser barulhento, ele treme, senti que iria cair a qualquer momento. Recepção sem segurança alguma, sem fiscalização decente, qualquer um consegue entrar e prejudicar os hóspedes facilmente. Não volto e nem recomendo para ninguém! Melhorem!

O hotel é bom. Apesar de antigo e não ter guarda roupas, o hotel é limpo, a cama é boa, chuveiro quente muito bom. O ruim é a localização. Lugar muito feio, sujo, perigoso. Mas o hotel é bom.
