Pegamos um dos quartos com a melhor vista, para a Baía da Guanabara. Fomos bem recepcionados, estava tudo limpo e, apesar das toalhas velhas e nada felpudas e do tel que não funcionava, preciso dizer que foi uma experiência incrível. As camas são confortáveis, com TV, ar e um café da manhã variado e delicioso. Além disso, é super bem localizado, com a famosa feirinha da Glória bem em frente, funcionando aos domingos.

Boa localização, próximo ao aeroporto Santos Dumont, Lapa, Glória e Santa Teresa, muito comercioe transporte. Limpeza podia melhorar, o quarto nao estava cheirando bem, precisam arejar e limpar mais os quarto sente um Hóspede e outro. Check in antecipado com valor altissimo,deixamos a bagagem no hotel as 10:00da manhã e ao retornarmos às 22:00 nao tinham reservado nosso quarto, o funcionário nos disse que medida que as pessoas iam chegando , eles iam ocupando os quartos, achei isto uma falta de respeito com.o cliente, pois nos nosso caso estávamos acordadas desde as 4 da manhã, chegamos às 10:00 manha exaustas e queriam que pagassem o dobro da diária contratada para entrarmos no quarto, a recepcionista nos disse que após as 14:00 poderíamos entrar diretamente no quarto, mas isto nao aconteceu, pois chegamos às 22:00 e ainda nao tinham arrumado um quarto para nós, o hotel estava com muitas pessoas chegando, mas nao nos deram prioridade,sendo que chegamos às 10:00 da manha! O funcionário da noite parecia estar muito nervoso e mal humorado, nos atendeu com rispidez, sem nenhuma empatia e hospitalidade!
