The hotel overall was great. The staff are very friendly, easy check in, the room was very clean with all the proper amenities. Breakfast and dinner was really good as well. The location isn't bad and its easy access to Ubers. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.

Casa Nova Hotel was my lighthouse in a storm. They took me in and help me as a weary travel who had just lost their nonexistent VRBO. Because that is exactly what happened. My lack of speaking very much português was another great way that they helped me. I would highly recommend them.

La situation n’est pas idéale car le quartier de Lapa est assez dangereux. La rue est très très bruyante toute la nuit. La literie est en mauvaise état et les sanitaires assez vieux… Un hôtel pour des jeunes qui veulent faire la fête mais pas pour des familles recherchant le confort.

Buenísimo hotel. El personal siempre muy atento. La habitación estaba espectacular, la ducha amplia y el baño en buenas condiciones. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Nosotros con mi novia llegamos tipo 3 am al hotel (nuestro vuelo aterrizaba aproximadamente a las 2 am) y nos recibieron sin problema alguno para hacer el check in.

A localização é ótima. Tem tudo perto, bares, restaurantes, supermecado, farmácias e pontos turísticos. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e estava sempre limpo e arrumado. A equipe é prestativa e educada. O café da manhã é muito bom. Como pontos negativos destaco que do meu quarto dava para ouvir as conversas e barulhos dos quartos vizinhos, que a maçaneta da porta do banheiro do quarto estava soltando e que o controle da tv estava sem a tampa do compartimento de pilhas. No geral, acredito que é um hotel com bom custo-benefício para estadias curtas.
