. This is located in a great area and close to the beach so it’s walkable, I stayed in a superior room in tower two which I believe is the tower that has recent renovation so the room and floor all look very updated. The pool in the rooftop is however on tower 1. Both towers are connected internally not having to step out the hotels at all The breakfast is decent nothing wowing but good still for the price I paid in total. Overally my experience had been great and I think the price for what I paid is definitely worth it.

Excellent area to walk around, safe and really close to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful, the only downside is the elevator, noisy if your room is close to it and sometimes didn’t work properly but would stay again

Too many problems with this hotel to list. AC in first room did not work. Our daughters room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Elevators were okay when working, but out of service at times. We didn't have comforters in our room until the third night. The room we had was very noisy because it faced the street. There is no gym here. The pool is small but refreshing. The breakfast was the sole bright spot. There was a nice variety of foods and all stocked well.

The staff was great, especially Douglas!! He was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, and spacious. We were supposed to have a balcony room, but it wasn’t ready for us, so they offered us a larger room, which we happily accepted. It was VERY close to Copacabana beach- 3 mins, but also walking distance to Ipanema 8 mins. Very safe location. Breakfast was very good. Would have loved other protein options beside ham, and maybe a waffle station but the FRUIT was fresh and delicious, and so many pastries it was hard to choose! Fresh squeezed juice was also delicious. Overall great stay!!

Staff was wonderful. We were accommodated in a very noisy room but moved to a quiet one after our first night. The new room had a lot of black mold in the shower. The shower head was covered by a layer of it. We mentioned it at the front desk and housekeeping cleaned it, however they didn't clean the rest of the mold in the bathroom. Would not stay there again, safety hazard.
