This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily. The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets. It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food. We winded up relocating to another hotel. I asked for a refund for the unused days and I was told by hotel management they would work within Expedia to refund my money; however I was told they have not returned their call or email. Very dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

Somente o atendimento é bom

O hotel é bem localizado, possui garagem, o atendimento é muito bom, todos os funcionários são atenciosos, educados, prestativos e tentam da melhor maneira resolver qualquer intercorrência que possa se ter. O café da manhã é muito básico, mas o que se tem é saboroso. O quarto é bem apertado, o colchão e travesseiro são muito velhos, gastos e ruins, as roupas de cama e banho não são novas, mas estavam cheirosas, o banheiro é ruim e as paredes tanto do quarto quanto do banheiro estão precisando de uma boa pintura, há muito mofo e sujeira no banheiro mesmo solicitando atenção a limpeza, o banheiro não fica cheiroso.

É o melhor, mas poderia ser melhor

É o melhor hotel de Rio Bonito, porém, os quartos são pequenos, as toalhas são finas, os lençóis são pequenos, só tem espelho no banheiro e o acesso à garagem é extremamente estreito.
