This is a nice hotel. But we were very disappointed over the fact that we couldn't use the pool unless we bought an expensive spa package. Be aware of that.

Useless and uninterested managers

Hotel chosen for late arrival, having 24h reception service, restaurant open until 10pm and as backup room service until 9.30pm. But useless management and planning leas to kitchen refuseing ro serve any food to guest from 8pm, exept already reservations. Hence not even a simple meal with room service. This in a town closing 9 or 10pm, so pratically not possible to get a meal anywhere.

Avoid this pkace don’t be fooled

We had long waited holiday in Jutland. Hotel was absolutely disappointing experience. Here are the reasons: - At Hotels.com no mentioned that you have to pay for using the pool 600 Dkr PER PERSON. - Hotel personnel was smiling yes, but they were truly not interested about your well being. - Morning breakfast was tasteless - Room had problem with water damage from shower - In the morning all walk ways were full of bed linens piled up and there were also pillows and blankets - Hygiene was not existing in that place I have over 100 nights in the hotel per year. Normally I am not so critical but with this hotel, I have to open my mouth. Please avoid with all means. Take cheaper hotel with less amenities from the area and you won’t be dissatisfied.

Rengøring kunne have meget bedre.
