Property was kept clean at all times. Structurally has details that need repairs, like the pool where one of my kids got cut, probably loose or missing tiles. The food was buffet style and repetitive every day. Besides those concerns staff was helpful and friendly, and room was kept well.

We booked a room with an ocean view, which was just spectacular. Our last night we had a full moon and the light shining on the bay was so beautiful from our window. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Parking was available and secure.

Ocean view from balcony, staff was wonderful, very accommodating, everything was clean and staff worked hard to make sure everything was as it should be, air conditioning worked well. In person check in takes a little time so if possible check in online. The sooner you go to meals, the hotter the food is and better selection. Fresh fruit on the salad bar, yummy omelets for breakfast. Beach is kept very clean. Whale watching very cool and reasonable priced.

Great location & nice beach. The room was clean & the staff were great. Sadly, I can’t say that we enjoyed the food other than breakfast. Soups were thin & bland. Salads were okay but the entrees left something to be desired. If the quality of the food was improved here it would really raise the experience. Also, would suggest getting rid of all those broken lounge chairs at the beach?!

If you’re looking for an all inclusive hassle free relaxing vacation this is not it! My experience was the following: the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily, but closes at 7pm. The check in and check out process were quick. The bell staff were very helpful. The cons: From someone who stays in all inclusive hotels this has been by far the worst quality of food. Not to mention the amount of flys on the food was beyond unsanitary. I ended up spending money on food outside the hotel due to the fly issue. They should prioritize enclosing their buffet area, putting an air conditioner and something to mitigate the flys. Furthermore, the WIFI did not work in my room. When I went to ask the front desk staff, I was told it only works in the common areas. Lastly, the bathrooms don’t have adequate ventilation, a small window, but no fan and the weather was humid. Not worth what I paid, Will not be returning to this hotel. This is not pertaining to the hotel, but my feedback regarding the beach (Guayabitos) is the water was warm, my 11 year old son went into the water and had fun, however, their was a lot of trash on the beach (plastic bags, bottles, plastic cups) which was sad to see because of the impact this has on the ecosystems.

Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

The rooms were fine but sure could have used a dresser. Food was cold at the buffet every single meal. Staff was pleasant. Beds were great. The property lacks air conditioning. Seeing how hot it gets there. The column area need air conditioning. The lounge chairs on the beach are extremely dirty and there trash everywhere. I asked several different employees to clean and the never did. I had issues with my shower head it kept shutting down. The blue towels the loan you do the beach - people would take them from the lounge chairs then the hotel wants to bill you for them. The food was not up to expectations. I was expecting real homemade Mexican food. The ladies in the reception area had an attitude when I approached them with issues. Safe to say that I will never be returning to that hotel. The beach water is not Cretan Clear like Cabo. I was saddened
