“The no smoking room smelled like a thousand people had smoked in it for 40 years and no one has ever cleaned it. The breakfast was horrible. The rooms have not been updated in my generation. Our experience was terrible. We will never stay in an Econolodge again!!! ”

The Inn is wonderful, the rooms comfortable, the breakfast is very enjoyable, and the location is very convenient to anything that you're doing in the area. “The Virginian is a small and older motel in small town southern Virginia. If you are looking for a bed for a few nights this is the place. If you're looking for fancy, look elsewhere, The staff was helpful, the beds comfortable, and the location convenient for what I needed. It is also pet friendly for a $10 per night pet fee, much less than I have paid elsewhere.”
