The property was basic and the bed was clean and comfortable. We got in late and wanted to use the microwave and it did not work. They did have coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby but they would not switch out a microwave from an unoccupied room so we could have a working one our room. Half way through our stay the toilet would not flush so I had to fix that. Not the best but we slept well.

It is an older facility, however it was clean and the staff friendly. My key card stopped working and she replaced with no problem. No Breakfast, but the coffee was tasty. My only issue was that they allow pets. It was a rainy day so I could smell the wet dog smell from somewhere. I think it was coming from the hall. other than that no other complaints.

Tried staying for one night and had to leave. Room smelled like smoke, several dead bedbugs were on top of my mattress. When I asked to move into a new room, they DID let me. In both rooms, the room stank of smoke, the sheets and the pillows were stained with different colored (seemingly body) fluids, and I could hear the smallest peep from the room next to me. You will save money but man, you pay for it in other ways.

The staff were all very nice and helpful throughout our stay. We called when we got there about a missing shower curtain and they promptly brought one. Not sure if they fixed or replaced the room phone. We didn’t need it so we didn’t check. The microwave, fridge, iron and hair dryer all worked great. I took full advantage of the free coffee in the lobby and was thankful they had some. Clean room and no complaints about location or anything else. I’d stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place needs shut down! Absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk into the building, it smells bad & musty. The room we were given was filthy. I was afraid to touch anything. Food on the floor under the bed, floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, stains all over the bed & walls, windows looked like they had bullet holes, the shower had hair & not sure what else all over the side of the tub.

We checked into our room, but once my wife pulled the bed sheets back, she found a washcloth in the bed. We were moved to a different room...got locked out because after my wife entered it and sat her phone on the counter, we could NOT gain access again. Had to move to a THIRD room which was fine. After MANY attempts to open the room door to get the phone back, the very helpful evening desk clerk (she really was under the circumstances) was finally able to enter the locked-out room and retrieve the phone. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this property in the future.
