The breakfast was very nice and so many options. We traveled with toddlers and a picky teenager...no problem finding something for all to eat. We canceled other places and paid cancelation fees to stay here...we're very happy we did!!

Rooms, couch and behind beds were not well cleaned. Cleaners must be doing quick jobs of the cleaning and definitely not taking their time. Elevators were in need of repair and upkeep. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Breakfast area was clean though, and the bedding was fine. Overall experience was a 3 out of 5. More good than bad, but there is room for improvement.

I like that the rooms are spacious and clean. It us located 3 minutes from my mom's house and near shopping strip malls. The breakfast is good and the pool was good as well. Im just sorry there are no smoking rooms or pet policy.

The room was spacious, the pool was nice. And breakfast was good. However the service needs improvement. The first room the lamps and TV was not turning on and the TV remote was dirty. When I asked for the room to be changed the receptionist was rude, she sighed and appeared annoyed for my request. She didnt even apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally when I requested an additional towel, she gave me the impression that I was being a burden. For these reasons, I won't visit this hotel again.
