“The room was clean. Most of the front desk staff were very pleasant except for the one who checked me in. The housekeeping staff was very helpful, as was the breakfast staff. The rooms no longer have coffee or tea available so you have to go to the lobby to get some. It is available 24 hrs. there. The SMART TV is not connected to the internet so I was unable to watch any of my streaming channels, except on my phone. The iron did not work very well. I asked for a replacement. It never came.”
