“We had a very nice room, though the thermostat was difficult to control. Breakfast was little more than adequate and was not attended to properly. Each morning we had to ask for coffee as all five decanters were empty; the tables weren't cleaned between uses and the paper towel dispenser was empty so we couldn't clean the tables ourselves. Items were not replenished in the fridge nor the bakery/breads bin. The hot tub and pool were great. There is no business center and the front desk staff...

“I am giving it such low stars because I was charged first when making reservations through Expedia but then was charged again when I checked into the hotel which I was told was a deposit and would be given back at check out but I have yet to receive it back and when I called, they directed me to call Expedia which I also did and nobody has fixed the issue.”

“Troubles unlocking room door. The manager is remote, but a friend of manager who was staying at the lodge reached out to him who remotely unlocked our door. Room was small, two plastic chairs to sit on besides the bed. Appeared clean. Figured out ac unit. Nice tv.. A few nice decorations on walls Bathroom very small. Shower is approximately 2 1/2’ square. My travel companion who is 6’1” barely fit and couldn’t turn around. The shower liner was stained and dirty. Would have liked information...
