Recepção muito solicita e atenciosa. O quarto era apertadinho, porém claro, limpo e confortável. Mesmo ficando próximo ao elevador, não ouvimos barulho algum. As únicas coisas negativas: vazava muita água do box, molhando todo o banheiro, e o secador estava queimado.

Reservei dois quartos e fiz o check-in tarde chegando de viagem, quando chegamos no quarto, vimos que os travesseiros estavam bem sujos e com marcas de sangue (algo absolutamente inadmissível para qualquer hotel). Foi possível ver porque a fronha era clara e não entendemos como houve limpeza e troca de roupa de cama para um novo check-in, sem o hotel ver e perceber isso. Fomos pedir a troca do travesseiro na recepção e não foi possível pq já estava tarde e disseram que não havia camareira disponível. Pedimos então que fosse trocado com travesseiros de outros quartos vagos, mas a reposta foi que estavam cheios. Apenas nos forneceram fronhas novas o que não foi útil. Na manhã seguinte fomos a recepção e pedimos a troca, o que aconteceu prontamente e a justificativa foi que algum outro hospede, teria levado os travesseiros do hotel e deixado os dele - porém isso não é aceitável se houve troca de roupa de cama antes de um novo check-in certo? Fora esse evento, a hospedagem foi ok.

Apartamento razoável. Frigobar mal posicionado. Armário muito pequeno. Cartões de abertura da porta com problema, logo no primeiro dia de hospedagem (foram somente 2 diárias). Um dos elevadores tem que aproximar o cartão em um sensor interno, entretanto não foi orientado na recepção no checkin. Outros hóspedes também não sabiam e ficaram presos dentro do elevador. Porém o mais grave é que ao fazermos o comunicado à recepcionista e ela informar que teria que aproximar o cartão no elevador da direita, eu informei que não nos foi comunicado esse detalhe no checkin e ela responder que havia instruções no elevador. Desagradável!!! E NÃO HÁ INSTRUÇÕES NO ELEVADOR!!! Há apenas o sensor na parede interna do elevador o que não diz nada. Sem contar que o elevador da esquerda não precisa aproximar o cartão e foi o elevador que utilizamos na nossa primeira subida para o apartamento. Recepcionista não aceita crítica e contesta o hóspede. Por último, a camareira limpou o quarto no primeiro dia, e não repôs a toalha de rosto recolhida. Desisti de solicitar, porque no segundo dia nós já estávamos próximos de ir embora.

Por mais que tenha sido uma rápida estadia, foi realmente muito prazerosa, gostamos muito do tamanho do quarto, mas principalmente do tamanho e qualidade da cama e das roupas de cama e banho. O quarto tinha um pequeno defeito no piso na entrada do banheiro que pra mim não é um problema, mas poderia ser pra alguém com mobilidade reduzida. O chuveiro. Eu amei tomar banheiro naquele chuveiro, um dos pontos mais altos da hospedagem. Café da manhã bastante completo, a única desvantagem foi o tempo que levamos para pedir uma tapioca feita na hora. Me hospedaria novamente com toda certeza.

Minha experiência no Hotel Transamérica foi bastante positiva. As instalações são confortáveis, os ambientes bem cuidados, a equipe atenciosa e o atendimento prestado durante a estadia foi de excelente qualidade. Sem dúvida, é uma opção que eu recomendaria para quem busca conforto e bom atendimento. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o site poderia informar de forma mais clara que o estacionamento é terceirizado e possui cobrança à parte da diária do hotel. Embora o serviço esteja disponível no local, essa informação não fica suficientemente evidente durante a reserva, o que pode gerar surpresa para alguns hóspedes no momento do check-in. Trata-se de um detalhe simples, mas que, se destacado de forma mais transparente no site, contribuirá para uma experiência ainda melhor e mais alinhada às expectativas dos clientes. No geral, minha avaliação é muito positiva, e certamente considerarei me hospedar novamente no hotel em futuras oportunidades.
