Bom no geral, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, porém o ralo não deu conta da vazão. Extravasou para fora só box. O café estava bom, mas a expectativa era mais opções. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e educados. O único ponto de melhora é a questão do serviço de valet. Achei um pouco tumultuado, mas acredito que deva ser pelos eventos na cidade.

O cardápio do café é bem variado com comidas frescas, equipe de atendimento foi bem eficiente tanto igualmente a equipe da limpeza, porém os itens a venda sobreposto a mesa, não tinha identificação de venda, e a do frigobar, estava pouco visível, apenas um qr code e letras pequenas dificultando a leitura e entendimento, já que é prauzível pelo código do consumidor. Quanto aos demais foi boa experiência.

Tudo aquilo que considero o básico funcionou muito bem. Tenho só uma observação: todos os hotéis tem o preço dos itens do frigobar disponíveis no quarto. Esse não tinha. E a água mineral sem gás de 500ml estava com um preço bem acima do esperado: 8,00.
