O meu quarto especificamente era bem antigo, janelas enferrujadas e mofo no banheiro. O banheiro não era muito limpo, com os rodapés e a pia um pouco sujos e as toalhas um pouco encardidas. As camas eram limpas e confortáveis e o café da manhã bem gostoso e farto. A equipe da recepção e os manobristas foram cordiais e atenciosos. Não sei se volto, mas não é das piores opções. E sobre piscina… não posso avaliar pq eu não vi piscina e nem soube que tinha!

É um hotel antigo, que perto de muitos outros que já fiquei , esse merece uma reforma com urgência. O fato de o estacionamento ficar em outro prédio não é muito cômodo para quem vem com muitas coisas dentro do carro. Ou se esquecer alguma coisa e ter que pedir o carro para somente isso. Achei isso um ponto bem negativo. Quanto a limpeza estava tudo ok, mas manchas no banheiro dão impressão de coisa mal cuidada. Achei o elevador bem pequeno para o tanto de comodidades. Mesmo tendo 2 elevadores, o fluxo do hotel é grande e as vezes tem que ficar esperando muito tempo, ainda mais qd estava lá que um deles teve que ficar parado para manutenção. Fiquei no 3º andar, o que não teria problema (para mim) de subir ou descer as escadas. Fiquei num quarto virado para a avenida e é bem barulhento, mesmo com tudo fechado. Mas conforme o movimento vai parando deu para ter uma dormida gostosa, cama boa e o ar condicionado bem silencioso. Ponto positivo para o café da manha, muiiiito bom.

Terrível ! Hospedamos com meus filhos nem se quer pediram documentos das crianças. Estrutura horrível, o quarto sujo , empoeirado, encontramos 2 baratas mortas no banheiro, toalhas encardidas , cobertas com cheiro ruim . O café da manhã era variado, apenas os bolos eram muito massudos. Necessita uma melhor verificação da equipe de manutenção, pois o chuveiro gotejava o tempo todo mesmo fechando ao máximo. Estávamos em 3 hospedes no quarto e havia apenas uma toalha de rosto. Uma toalha de banho estava rasgada com enorme furo. Os funcionários pouco simpáticos, nenhum sorriso, mal falavam bom dia.

Ótima estadia, funcionários atenciosos e muito educados, tem estacionamento terceirizado, 25,00 a diária com manobrista, a rua é movimentada, então só parar na frente do hotel, que eles estaciona. Café da manhã excelente, com várias opções, com certeza quando voltar a Ribeirão, é nesse mesmo hotel que irei se hospedar.
