Chalets en Ribchester

“Nice”

“Muy bien, muy acogedor.”

“El personal es muy amable y servicial ”

“Repetiría el hotel. Echo en falta un control de temperatura en la habitación y más enchufes a mano, pues tuve que desenchufar la televisión para preparar un té. También eché en falta que en la recepción no tuviesen un adaptador para enchufes. El restaurante muy bueno, fantástico y su bodega más que aceptable.”

“todo limpio, el personal muy atento y el restaurante del Hotel bastante bueno”

“We couldn’t take a shower because there was not hot water . ”

“Desayuno mejorado. Me subieron de categoría ”

“Clean a lovely rooms, staff were very friendly.”

“Lovely suite with a private garden terrace. Super sandwiches for lunch outside on the terrace, we were lucky with the weather. The only disappointment was with the à la carte main course. There was very limited choice and the fish and the beef fillet were overcooked, a shame for a Michelin star restaurant but we did not complain and it took a long time for our plates to be cleared, but the desserts were great and they were having a busy day.”

“Nice, clean and very large room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good hotel which suited our needs.”

“Cómoda pero algo antigua ”

“Es un hotel junto a un pub del mismo regente, las habitaciones son amplias y hay parking gratuito en el area del hotel-pub”

“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”

“I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.”

“We stayed for two nights and while the room could best be described as adequate, the public areas are spacious, clean and well-decorated. There’s a large car park; the food’s delicious and the staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Although the room was small and a bit dingy, we’d stay again simply because the people are so nice.”
