Arrived at the property about hour 10 early told the only way I could check in early was to sign up for whatever kind of club they offer no cost so I said you signed me up was never given a club number or whatever. I went to the room just average I went to the restaurant. Food was good management in the restaurant was great part of town typical concrete Mexico part of town dirty not a place. I'd recommend to stay on the second morning water out of the bathtub and sinks were brown. Went to management to complain. Told the GM would contact me and never heard this morning which was Thursday once again Brown no response I've already complained to IHG never heard back finally found another IHG person. They opened up a case called Expedia who I booked through. They opened up a case hotel would not answer the phone and never heard back from the GM finally got my money back $390 for three nights that's really expensive for Mexico not worth it
